1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the "From Bullied to Bulletproof" course ("Course") offered by Dr Kate's Empowerment Institute ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.
2. COURSE DESCRIPTION & SCOPE
2.1 Program Overview
The From Bullied to Bulletproof course is an online coaching program designed to help individuals overcome bullying experiences and build personal resilience and confidence.
2.2 Format & Delivery
Course materials delivered via online platform
May include video lessons, worksheets, exercises, and supplementary resources
Access provided through secure student portal
Self-paced or scheduled group sessions as specified at enrollment
2.3 Not Professional Medical/Mental Health Services
This Course provides educational content and coaching only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other mental health treatment.
3. ENROLLMENT & ACCOUNT ACCESS
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Course.
3.2 Account Creation
You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You agree not to share your account access with others
One account per purchased enrollment only
3.3 Course Access Duration
Access to course materials is provided for lifetime from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Fees
Course fees are as displayed at time of purchase and are in U.S. dollars.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card.
4.3 Payment Plans
If a payment plan is selected, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of Course access.
5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
5.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued for:
Failure to complete the Course
Change of mind after refund period
Technical issues on your end preventing access
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Course materials, including videos, audio, text, graphics, worksheets, and other content, are the exclusive property of Dr Kate's Empowerment Institute and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2 Limited License
Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
6.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Share, distribute, or sell Course materials
Record or screenshot video content
Use materials for your own coaching or teaching
Post materials publicly or on social media
Create derivative works from Course content
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
7.1 Expected Behavior
In any group settings or community forums, you agree to:
Maintain respectful communication with all participants
Honor the confidentiality of other students' shares
Refrain from solicitation or spam
Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
7.2 Violations
Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the Course without refund.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by other Course participants in group settings, forums, or community spaces.
9. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
9.1 No Guarantees
While we strive to provide valuable content, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participating in the Course.
9.2 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participating in personal development work may bring up emotions or memories. You assume all risks associated with participating in the Course.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr Kate's Empowerment Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course.
10. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Participate in good faith
Complete assignments as your schedule permits
Seek professional help if experiencing mental health crisis
Take responsibility for your own progress and outcomes
11. TERMINATION
11.1 By Student
You may discontinue participation at any time, subject to refund policy terms.
11.2 By Company
We reserve the right to terminate your access for:
Violation of these Terms
Inappropriate behavior
Non-payment (for payment plans)
Sharing or pirating Course materials
12. COMMUNICATION
By enrolling, you consent to receive Course-related emails. You may opt out of promotional emails but must receive administrative communications about your enrollment.
13. PRIVACY
